Super cool unique place - great charm and in a good spot

The Airbnb is great! It’s exactly as shown in the photos. The building is very new and has a beautiful terrace. Highly recommend.

This stay was amazing! Beautiful surroundings and such a private, peaceful location. Jose was so helpful / friendly and always responsive to anything we needed - it made our stay stress free! There is a restaurant with an amazing view a couple minutes down the street (Cerro San Cristobal) that I would definitely recommend checking out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Frank is a really nice host, keep me informed all the time and had really nice details. I had a an incredible stay at Frank's apartment, it's a very cozy and it's in a very convenient location. All of the staff from the building had really good attitude and were really gentle during my stay. It has a really beautiful views from the terrace.

Nice flat. I liked the environment very much. The innergarden is very clean and the neighbours are kind. There is also a large supermarket in walking distance.

Sebastian and Monica were very responsive and helpful before, during, and after my stay! The apartment was very clean, private and the neighborhood felt safe. Great views from the terrace and apartment!

The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

Everything was as it was in the photos, communication with the host was excellent, we were delighted with the apartment, it is definitely a place we would return to!

very nice place. the jacuzzi worked perfect. but there was a construction right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is.We could not use the jacuzzi until after 6pm that the construction workers left since the workers could see everything from above and the next morning the noise started at 7am. everything else very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi working well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

It is a cozy, clean apartment, I would like to stay there next trip.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Beautiful place, matches the photographs. The place is very safe and suitable for large groups, and it has everything you need to spend a stay as if you were at home. The host is very friendly and attentive to any questions.
