The stay was very good, we had a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice movement in the center.

Being at home… everything super equipped, the kitchen, the laundry room, the terrace… we had a beautiful climate that allowed us to enjoy the patio and the terrace. The house has details that make you feel comfortable and relaxed, The shower in the master bathroom is a 10 ❤️ The comfortable bed, and a dream guarded space. Stick to a warehouse to solve daily shopping And just a few blocks from a new restaurant and bar space. The Paz house is large comfortable and invites you to rest, eat an asado and enjoy with family or friends. The safe and quiet area.

The accommodation is complete and ready to be used as your own home. It has all the items you need for your stay.

Everything was excellent! It served us a lot to be close to the Quilmes Rock and the Villa Martelli area. We would stay again!

Juan Pablo was a great host! He was very flexible with check in and out. The apartment is very comfortable and is exactly as it looks on the pictures. In a quiet neighborhood but close to transportation to anywhere in the city. We stayed for two months, there was a good connection to internet to work, we felt right at home.

Analia is an excellent host, she welcomed us very kindly and sent us an induction coffee maker when she realized that the one that was there did not work. The environment is very bright and very clean. The beds are a bit small, but the mattresses are of good quality. The area has everything: restaurants (we loved La Condesa Grill), supermarket, pharmacy, bookstore, bakery, everything. The train noise is heard a little but it is not annoying. The building has a gym and two very nice spaces to have a drink or simply enjoy a sunny day.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Excellent location close to supermarkets, cafes, subway, restaurants, etc. Federico was available from the beginning to answer questions. Connectivity to reach tourist attractions by subway or bus. A great accommodation that we will definitely visit for a future opportunity.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time.
