Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The House is located in the historic center of Colonnella, a few kilometers from the blue flag beaches of Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto and 26 km from Ascoli Piceno. Completely renovated with spectacular panoramic views and large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Bars, wineries, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short walk away.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.
