I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. Inhabitants of Santa Vittoria, friendly, very good and professional. The pool is a must-have to make this slice of paradise complete. Thank you to Ragnar and Neil for your support. Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

A house made for people with a strong desire to be remotely situated yet close to the sea. The house is very comfortable and the hosts are very helpful ! I would recommend if you are looking for a place with a view The Outdoor space is a real asset. We enjoyed it for brunch during the cool winter.

Cristina and her family were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home, serene and pampered. Their villa is stunning. Recommended host!

We really enjoyed our week in the house with all the advantages the house had to offer! Our hosts were also very nice people who welcomed us warmly with a welcome beer and wine. A place we'll be happy to remember!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Our stay at Marcia’s place was fantastic! The house provided us with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool opened in june and was always clean and fresh since Marcia’s dad cleaned it every morning. Marcia is very helpful with things worth seeing in the area!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers a lot of privacy and space for our loud playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The street is clearly audible, you can't disturb you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week doing well with beach excursions, castles, looking at towns, Fernando knows his way around and has many tips!
