Beautiful house. Super spacious. Bright. Private. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. The stove, the garden, the plants, everything to feel at home. I'll be back.

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Being at home… everything super equipped, the kitchen, the laundry room, the terrace… we had a beautiful climate that allowed us to enjoy the patio and the terrace. The house has details that make you feel comfortable and relaxed, The shower in the master bathroom is a 10 ❤️ The comfortable bed, and a dream guarded space. Stick to a warehouse to solve daily shopping And just a few blocks from a new restaurant and bar space. The Paz house is large comfortable and invites you to rest, eat an asado and enjoy with family or friends. The safe and quiet area.

Everything is very nice and impeccable!! I would definitely come back, the apartment is beautiful and Manuel was always attentive to us, the apartment has everything you need, but the balcony is the most beautiful and super nice part, very large!! A simple recommendation is to have an adapter for foreigners, since the plugs in Argentina are very different, and not having to go out to look for more when the weekend comes, but otherwise, very satisfied and everything is super nice!!! 🩷🙌🏼 Having a private garage for those of us who go with vehicles is a 100000 🌟 On our next stay in Argentina, we will return without hesitation!! We enjoyed our week at this apartment. The neighborhood has plenty to offer in terms of cafes and sites. The area is clean and safe. Eugenia was very quick to respond and flexible with check in time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook but it appears there is all one might need if they wish to cook. I enjoyed the balcony and tree views and only wish we had more time, and a bit more warmth, to enjoy it. Nights were cool outside and there is a small heater on the main level that keep the apartment fairly comfortable. I'm not sure how it would do in coldest season, however. The only negative were thin walls and noisy neighbors who seemed to live a nocturnal lifestyle, including one loud party well into the early morning. This is nothing Eugenia can control, but be aware, or bring ear plugs.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and bright. It has everything you need for a long stay including a washing machine which is rare in Argentina. Communication was easy and fast and arrival and departure were flexible. Added this apartment to my list of favorite places to stay in Buenos Aires.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Very good location, close to subway line D and close to places like the monument or Chinatown. Romina is very attentive with communication for check-in and check-out.
