Ca Xuacu, La Panera

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Panera". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Padel court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. La Palomba Nature 1

Our apartment offers comfortable and safe accommodation based on current needs. We conscientiously take care of its cleaning and disinfection both in the furniture and in the utensils for daily use, all to guarantee our tenants compliance with the established safety measures. Its decoration invites you to relax thanks to its white tone and its spacious and bright apartments. In addition, its modern equipment provides the necessary comfort to spend a few days of disconnection with all the comforts. Outside we find a fantastic porch equipped with a table and sofas to spend time with your family and friends while observing the nature that surrounds you and the direct views of your independent garden with a barbecue.

They are three apartments for two people, very similar, with the same level of equipment and the same views. They retain the architectural style of the original building. The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the protagonist is the wood burning fireplace located in the living room; on the first floor the terrace-balcony overlooking the valley floor and the mountains. Everything ready for you to rest and enjoy yourself.

The property is located in a traditional fishing community. The site was formerly a cannery, and in the 1980s, the community was built for the fishermen of Cudillero. Most of them are now retired, but you can still talk to them about the ocean, fishing stories, and travel. In Cudillero, the community is popularly known as “the colorful houses” because of its vibrantly colored facades.
