If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in the Pelham Manor area, this is it. This place is right next to a great Italian restaurant and down the street from multiple deli food markets. This place is spacious and comfortable and it was pleasure staying here. Samantha was very responsive.

Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting New York! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed — especially great if you plan to cook and eat in. One thing to note: the stairs are quite narrow, so bringing heavy luggage up can be a bit tricky — just something to keep in mind. Overall, a great and comfortable place to stay!

Joseph was extremely helpful during our stay and made himself available to help us as needed with any problems that occurred. Would highly recommend Joseph as a host!
