Historic center studio 100 meters from the beach

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

It is located on the seafront of the "Piras" residential village and is only a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera. The garden, protected by an artistic dry-stone wall, is made up of Mediterranean essences, in particular mastic trees, and gives complete privacy to the house. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents.
