Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

La Bonaccia is a villa built to a design by the well-known architect M. Perrot. It is located on the seafront of the "Piras" residential village and is only a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera. The garden, protected by an artistic dry-stone wall, is made up of Mediterranean essences, in particular mastic trees, and gives complete privacy to the house. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents.
