Situé à Villalier dans un lotissement paisible grand studio climatisé idéal pour un séjour au calme (places de parking à proximité immédiate). Le studio (attenant à notre maison mais totalement indépendant) est composé d'une petite cour sans vis-à-vis, d'un coin nuit, d'un salon, une cuisine et d'une salle d'eau. A deux pas du studio une boulangerie bio, une pizzeria, un terrain de tennis en accès libre. Idéal pour visiter Carcassonne sa cité, le canal du midi et à 1h de la mer et la montagne

Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).
