L'appartement situé au rez de chaussée de la maison comprend une cuisine salle à manger avec un salon. Les chambres sont une chambre double et en mezzanine une chambre avec deux lits simples. C'est un nid pour 2 personnes exclusivement ce lieu n'est pas sécurisé pour l'accueil d'enfants. Pas de possibilité d'animaux.
