The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. The Space You can approach the apartment by several local buses, also, there is free parking available in front of the house. It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Our Hungarian-Swabian village is surrounded by forests, 28 km southeast of the most beautiful city in Hungary, Pécs, 28 km west of the Dunaustadt Mohács. Recently renovated basement apartment with separate entrance, a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Our bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Parking is available free of charge in the courtyard behind the house. Within 100 meters of the apartment there is a grocery store, doctor's office, pharmacy, confectionery, playground. The train station is 10 minutes on foot.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
