Awesome place!! Boutique condo unit in a small, private, beautiful complex with direct beach access. All staff were great, excellent amenities, and perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!

El lugar es increíble, mejor que lo se ve en las fotos, donde se ubica muy seguro y los alrededores en Hacienda Pinilla muy bonitos. Cuenta con todos lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y acogedora, La atención de Denise fue excelente, siempre atenta y muy proactiva, recomiendo 100% el alojamiento. Se pueden visitar diferentes playas a los alrededores y tiene una piscina muy bonita.

From the initial communication, to the guide of local recommendations, to the pool and the beautiful space… I would highly recommend this to anyone! Super private but also close to amenities and restaurants. We loved it.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

El lugar tal como se describe en la página, muy cerca del centro se puede caminar o ir en carro, el apartamento con todo lo que se requiere, las áreas comunes excelentes con una piscina de agua salada perfecta para refrescarse, lo recomiendo y volveríamos de nuevo.

El lugar es perfecto, superó nuestras expectativas, muy limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasarla bien, las instalaciones son modernas y completas, tal cual las fotos, muy seguro y privado, excelente ubicación, cerca de muchas playas, el área común de piscina y terraza muy completo, también con todas las comodidades. Un apartamento pensado en que se sienta como estar en casa, para poder disfrutar con total tranquilidad y con todo lo necesario. Eli súper amable y atenta a cualquier necesidad en todo momento.

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

This apartment is breathtaking. I think it might be the best place to stay in all of Tamarindo. It’s right at the heart of the town, a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 second walk to any restaurant or bar, and has a perfect nearly 180 view of the entire beach/ocean. I could not have been happier with this place.

Angelica was super helpful, we checked in a bit late as we were driving to the property & she coordinated the check in time around us & met us to let us in, showed us everything and gave us local recommendations! The property was beautiful with everything we needed and a lovely little balcony in a great location - would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo if you want to be walking distance from restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Lots of noise at night from the night bar across the street, however each room was equipped with white noise machines which helped drown out the noise. Had an issue with one of the air conditioning units during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and someone came within a half hour to check it out! Would recommend!

We ended up staying in the casa instead of the casita because of a last minute change! The casa ( and casita) are in a wonderfull location ( 4 min walk from the stunning beach). The casa and casita is for those enjoying nature/ the beach and peacefulness. We enjoyed having the bikes to go to and from playa grande ( 3kmcycle) ! Hazel was super responsive and helpful if anything came up. It was super appreciated to have a few small basics like coffee/ oil/ spices to get dinners started. The casa has a fabulous pool that was a godsend with the very warm weather. The casita has a lovely green shaded spot at the back to cool down! Highly recommended for those who want a quiet gateway / very close to the beach ( fab sunsets) and walking distance to restaurants in palm beach estate! Thanks Hazel, Kim and Sharr for the stay and the surfing!

The place was very quiet and peaceful—just what we were looking for. We've lived in Costa Rica for 10 years and needed a place to stay during the weekend of the bull festivals in the nearby town where we live. Everything matched the listing, and the host was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. The location is private and quiet, with a beautiful view from the loft. The pool was cleaned daily and made for a great spot to relax. The home was stocked with the basics for cooking and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed our quiet and relaxing stay.

The view from this unit is unparalleled. Great space and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool.

Oliver was so friendly. The space worked perfectly for our trip and I would stay there again.

El lugar está muy cerca de playas preciosas, sin ruido innecesario, alojamiento igual a lo ofertado en la página, limpio, bien equipado, muy buena atención de Andrés para todas las inquietudes que tuvimos, las instalaciones muy limpias y seguras. Definitivamente volvería en fechas futuras. Sí es recomendable tener vehículo alto para éstas fechas con lluvia, para poderse trasladar dentro de la zona, ya que la calle de entrada es de lastre

La estadía donde Julliam, fue muy satisfactoria , empezando por la amabilidad y la comunicación con ella, nos dio mucha información de los lugares que podíamos visitar tanto en el día como en las actividades de la noche. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días, con seguridad tanto para los huéspedes como para tu vehículo, ambiente muy familiar. La ubicación es excelente, puedes desplazarte al centro de Tamarindo a pie sin ningún problema y la playa está súper cerca a 400mts, hay seguridad comunitaria lo cual da confianza para ello. Volvería a hospedarme sin duda alguna otra vez.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad. tranquilo y una increíble vista, algunos puntos importantes de considerar. 1. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, esta bien equivocada. 2. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena y fluida, están pendiente a cualquier duda que tengas y la respuesta fue casi inmediata, muy amables y receptivo. 3. Fue fácil hacer el check in, y llegar al punto por waze. 4. Un lugar muy seguro 5. Después que pases Potrero Centro, el camino a transitar será de unos 8 a 10min en calle de lastre, puede que en invierno sea complicado para un automóvil, yo fui en un SUV y sin problema. En lo personal recomiendo el lugar, yo volvería cada vacaciones!
