Excellent value for money. A very good apartment, well located, extremely clean, equipped with everything we could need. I would definitely come back in the future. Its wonderful view of the volcano for each awakening. Its location allows you to walk to the center, which is quite convenient. Close to everything.

Cristhoper responded to all messages and was very fluid communication. It was a super nice stay for one night. The surroundings are auper tranquil. The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 25-30 minutes walking. The parking lot is a bit narrow for pickup trucks, but it's done.

Excellent value for money, good location, safe, close to downtown and supermarkets, stores and close to downtown if you want to walk, otherwise buses and minibuses pass by. Very comfortable apartment, it had everything you need. Judy was very friendly at all times, highly recommended.

The stay, wonderful!!!! I was with my 1 year 10 month old baby and we enjoyed it a lot... the apartment is very nice, it is warm and meets all the amenities mentioned and more! Since she received us with delicious snacks and even thought of my baby🥹 Nataly, an excellent host!

The perfect place, that's how I describe it. Carolina is very attentive and kind at all times. The apartment is located a couple of blocks from supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, the beach and yet there is no noise. It's super cute, just like in the photos and extremely clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the terrace is spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The big surprise was waking up and opening my eyes to see the entire volcano, snow-covered to its slopes, so close from the bedroom window. When I return to Pucón, I will not accept staying anywhere else. Thank you Carolina for sharing your space!!!!

Excellent place, Bryan was attentive to any questions, the apartment was very clean and spacious, and he also welcomed us with some sweets and coffee. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very easy check-in instructions, comfortable apartment ideal for couples, when we arrived everything was clean and impeccable. I stayed several nights and felt at home. There is a shop nearby where they sell everything! And about 10 minutes from the center where there is a supermarket and shops. The stay was wonderful. The place was spotless, exactly as in the pictures: clean and very well kept. I especially highlight the attention to detail, such as having air-conditioned the space before our arrival and having the coffee maker ready to enjoy a coffee upon arrival. The environment is idyllic and the house is perfectly connected for a family stay. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically what you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the jar on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

We rented for a 4-day trip with Mauricio and it was the best, the apartment is clean and in an excellent location The rooms for 4 people were perfect, with heating for the cold, the bathroom 10/10 Very easy access to get there by Uber from downtown Pucon. The best part was the pleasant stay and the place was super hygienic. Nothing to say. 100% recommended this place for an excellent stay 🧳🧳
