Holiday houses in Villasimius

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa! Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Der grosse Pool war eines der Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Auch die Aussenküche, die bequemen Betten und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt aussergewöhnlich gemacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanza a Simius e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è moderna, ben attrezzata e pulitissima. È dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, barbecue, alimentatore per dispositivi elettronici e un bel terrazzino dove abbiamo spesso mangiato all’aperto. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro, ideale per rilassarsi. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dal mare e comoda per raggiungere negozi e ristoranti. Un ringraziamento speciale agli host, Michele e Arianna: perfetti in tutto, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. La pulizia della casa era impeccabile. Ci torneremmo volentieri e la consigliamo vivamente!

A szálláshely és a környék megfelelt a leírásnak, egy gyöngyszem, ahogy a neve is takarja. Minden kényelmi szolgáltatás megvolt. Az apartman extrém tiszta és rendezett. Strand sétatávolságra, autóval a környék könnyen felfedezhető. A kommunikáció nagyon jól működött, a szállás elfoglalása után kapott brosúra nagyon hasznos volt (strandok, éttermek a környéken, bevásárlási lehetőség etc.). A szállást nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani azoknak, akik egy nyugodt és romantikus környezetben szeretnék eltölteni szabadidejüket.

Ottima esperienza a Villasimius con posti stupendi da vedere ogni giorno. L’appartamento molto grazioso con tutto il necessario dentro e veramente adatto per una coppia. Francesca è stata molto carina nel offrirci consigli su dove mangiare, vari eventi della zona e nello stesso tempo molto reattiva nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi. Che dire, una vacanza da sogno che ci porteremmo nel cuore per sempre. Grazie! 🥰

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our host Maria Elena was very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for local beaches. Porto Giunco was our favourite! We also visited Villa Beach for dinner at her suggestion and it was wonderful! The terrace was definitely the highlight of the apartment, we loved having a beautiful place to relax out of the sun after a day at the beach. just be aware that there is no wifi, I forgot and had to top up my Sim card. As the other reviews stated the garbage system is a bit extensive, we decided to just keep it all and take it to the waste station at the end of our stay rather than worry about what bin to put out each day. Also don't forget about the additional cleaning fee you have to pay in cash (it was 100 for us). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely book here again!!

The apartment was so perfect in the most beautiful setting. You can easily walk to amazing restaurants and a beautiful beach but the truly best part of the apartment is Nunzio and his wife! They were the kindest and most helpful Airbnb hosts I’ve ever accounted. Our flight was so delayed but they still helped us, Nunzio gave us amazing recommendations and they made our whole holiday! Thank you for having us :)
