Via Waze: search for Boathouse Baywalk (this is the precise location. The beach has fine sand (surprisingly!) and we love it. Worth it to reserve the entire house (5 rooms) if you’re a group of 8-10 pax. :)

well-maintained place. the beach is just across the road. i like the fact that they serve food and drinks & disallow eating inside the room… staff were very helpful and accommodating… also the room really had a clean and pleasant toilet and bath. only problem encountered was we were 7 in the room but only got blankets for 4 people. anyways, we slept well nevertheless because the place was quiet and other guests were not rowdy nor noisy. we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully can come back soon.

My partner and I enjoyed the stay as the place has a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You can feel the warmth of the sun and hear birds chirping in the morning, aside from the sound of the waves which are all relaxing. We also appreciate that the host, Ms. Kristina, set our expectations for few minor inconveniences because the place will undergo repair and maintenance. Despite the minor issues, she was proactive and responsive to address those. She also agreed for a flexible check-in and out. We will definitely rent the place again for a vacation, with our families soon.

We had an awesome stay at her place. Our room is very spacious, felt very homey, very clean and very friendly staff. Worth the price.

Worth the price though we had last minute booking. We really felt at home with the warm welcome. The complimentary breakfast were delicious. Definitely we will come back and recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

This was my fourth stay at this BNB—I believe in loyalty, even with accommodations. This time, I brought my sister and mother along, marking my only getaway in months amidst a hectic workload. And it didn't disappoint. My sister adored its 'babad-friendly' vibe, even sneaking in a late-night dip with drinks. Meanwhile, my 69-year-old mother found it incredibly comfortable, enjoying her own peaceful morning time. It just goes to show how accommodating this BNB and its beach are for all ages. Once again, it's the best BNB I've found so far—perfect for a quick getaway with loved ones. I highly recommend it if you're exploring Dagupan and craving some great food nearby.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Glenda was always available for anything you needed. Loved being right by the beach! The breakfast was very good, I recommend the French toast. Wish I could have stayed longer, felt right at home!

Second time availing vacation in this resort. What we love in this place is the beach front pool. We love the view of sunset while dipping in the pool. This is the second birthday celebration of my daughter here, and she really loves the pool. One suggestion lang po sana is to have a decent washing area or a sink sa may family room as napaka layo po kasi ng dirty kitchen. Pero overall, we really love to make another vacay by next year. This is by far one of the best airbnb that we got to check in. Super private like we rented the whole hotel for ourselves when we were there Weekdays-Friday). Just couple of steps from the hotel to the beach. You get to see the 1 (one) Island from the 100 islands. Clean room and the complimentary wine and flowers for our honeymoon was very heart melting. Bathroom was clean as well, and they provided the best service beyond our expectations. Not to mention the super sarap na breakfast 🤭 This place is a reco and would love to visit again and again and again 🥰

My family and I loved our stay here! It’s squeaky clean!! My kinds loved the pool as well. The size & depth of the pool is just right for my 2 yr old and 8 yr old. We love the ambiance as well, as our goal was to relax and be taken away from the busyness of metro manila. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family! Thank you!

We did not have any issues on finding the exact place using google maps. The resort itself is amazing. The food is also good as well as the café beside it. Even though there are also other guests in the resort, we did not feel like we're sharing the same space. All of us still have our privacy. You just need to cross the road to get to the beach which makes it very accessible even though. we went there before sunrise. Will definitely go back!

Had a great time at this resort! Check in was seamless and the staff helped with our bags when they showed us to our room, which was beautiful. The place was beautiful too! The pool is pretty (although the water was cold), the gazebo, the dining villa, and the view deck were beautiful. Right next is this great underrated cafe/restobar, Inaro, with the most amazing sinigang I’ve ever had. The free breakfast was great too. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had an amazing time, will definitely come back here. Underrated gem, Lingayen.

great place, peaceful, amazing friendly host, will definitely be back, the room is really big and nice fresh air, the neighborhood is perfect to relax and rest in peace. i enjoy going to the beach everyday at sunset time, it is super peaceful!!!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Alex's apartment. Alex was an excellent host who was friendly, accommodating and a great communicator. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very well furnished, had modern appliances and was stocked with every gadget, utensil and accessory that you could possibly imagine. We were very comfortable during our stay and with the security gate in place always felt safe and secure. There is a lift available for use if necessary and the communal balcony with ocean views is a great spot in the afternoon. The beach is pretty much across the street and there are great restaurants and cafes close by. Thanks to Alex and family for making our stay memorable. We will be back!

the place is ideal. not therw for the beach but to have a place to rest after long hours of drive and this is that place. Peaceful and quiet place. No to mention that Ate Betty is there to always assist. Will come back to this place again.

Great stay and very accomodating host!

The place was nice and safe. It was the same as described. Good place to stay and feels like home. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating.

Beach was just across the place and the kids loved it. the whole unit was clean and Alex and his Team were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place was on the 2nd floor and had a lift for bringing up stuff which helped a lot. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Will definitely recommend this place.
