In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
