The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

In the village of Prata Sannita, near the Medieval castle, the property offers an enchanting view of the Lete river and its Medieval bridge Near the southern Via Francigena, between the sanctuaries of the Madonna dei Lattari and the Madonna Addolorata From here, there are hiking trails to discover the Lete, the Cipresseta di Fontegreca and the Matese Park Its strengths are the large terrace, privacy and tranquility with the Lete river flowing in the background

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
