Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento de Carlos. Es como se describe en el anuncio y se ve en las fotos, muy limpio, cuidado y ordenado. Dispone de todo lo necesario: menaje, sábanas, toallas, wifi, aparato móvil de aire… La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Villaviciosa y en una calle tranquila lo que te asegura poder descansar por la noche. Carlos estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde que efectuamos la reserva, nos atendió personalmente, facilitando la entrada y la entrega de llaves. También nos ha recomendado lugares que visitar y sitios donde comer muy bien en la zona. Cuando volvamos a Villaviciosa repetiremos alojamiento.

Place was amazing absolutely had everything to make you feel at home... All the little details and comforts were greatly appreciated... Would stay there next time we are in the city...🥰

Very nice flat and Daniele a great host...a few little issues...for us the walk down to the beach...or should I say the walk back up... was just too steep (we are 60 but reasonably fit)...the TV didn't work to enable Netflix/Prime (we did say but it couldn't be fixed) turning the car round was V difficult when the other flat occupier parked in the turning spot, the sofa (a sofa bed) was uncomfortable for sitting and quite worn... sorry to be a bit critical because overall we had a great time! It's such a beautiful area.

Un piso decorado con mimo, impecable y bien ubicado. Se nota que hay cariño en todos los detalles (por ejemplo te dejan hasta café, té, azúcar y leche para el desayuno, lo cuál se agradece). Chus fue un anfitrión excepcional. Fue bastante flexible con nuestra hora de llegada y se mostró amable y dispuesto a resolver todas nuestras dudas. Definitivamente repetiríamos y lo recomendaríamos a nuestros amigos. Gracias Chus y Ana!

No tengo dudas...he estado varias veces en Gijón y este apartamento ha sido sin duda el mejor de todos. Oliver y su mujer los mejores anfitriones. Todo fantástico..te sientes como en casa...sin duda alguna repetiré cuando vuelva a Gijón. Un diez de diez.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, pristine. Sad we couldn't stay longer! Joaki left us lots of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and sweets to welcome us.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

Dit appartement ligt midden in Arenas en vanaf het balkon heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Als er iets was werd er snel gereageerd. Verder alles netjes en schoon en van alles voorzien, alleen geen waterkoker. Maar dat was niet zo'n probleem

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

El piso está muy bien ubicado. Tiene una decoración muy chula con muchos detalles por toda la casa de peces y fotos del mar y de la zona de Ribadesella muy bonitas hechas por Javier. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades para sentirte como en tu casa, hemos estado muy a gusto. Javier ha sido muy amable y rápido en responder dándonos las explicaciones pertinentes en casa momento, además tiene un block donde está todo a lo que se refiere el piso muy bien detallado en cuanto a luces mandos, etc. Si volvemos a Ribadesella contaremos con ellos, Gracias a Javier y Marta

Super recomendado, desde el primer al último día Carlos siempre ha estado pendiente y respondido rápido a mis necesidades, la casa es súper moderna y está súper bien distribuida, y tiene unas vistas a la ría y al monte increíbles!! Tienes TODO a menos de 5 minutos, supermercado, quiosco, bares y el centro!!! Incluso la estación de bus y Renfe está a 2 minutos. Repetiré 100% con este encantador apartamento y amables propietarios ✨

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!
