A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Located next to shops within walking distance (bakery, florist, hairdresser, bar-restaurant), other shops 5 minutes by car (Carrefour Market, gas station, pharmacy, tobacco shop, veterinary clinic, post office). 5 minutes from the entrance/exit of the expressway leading to the A71 highway. 10-15 minutes from Montluçon city center.

Need to take a break, Lilou's cabin is here!! Ready to welcome you along the Berry Canal in Vaux, with 1 bedroom (1 bed 2pers), a bathroom, its kitchen area (equipped) living room with its sofa bed. Enjoy an outdoor area with its green terrace. La Cabane de Lilou is located in a private stable. Equipped with stalls, arena, shower, paddocks. Don't hesitate, come and enjoy this peaceful setting.

Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.
