Le bien comprend aussi un poêle à granulés et climatisation réversible dans la chambre. Accès au jardin pour y prendre vos repas ou pour vous détendre. Possibilité de garer votre voiture dans la cour. Arrêt de bus face à la maison pour la gare en 8 mins et châtelet en 30 mins. La coulée verte est au fond du jardin.

Vélib station in front of the building, 2 metro stations a few tens of meters away.
