This two-story 1970s home has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and board games (room where my belongings will be). Downstairs is another bedroom with a bathroom, shower, and a 140 cm bed. Outside, the property is fenced, with a 9x5 pool, a pleasant outdoor terrace in the morning because it is in the shade, a petanque court, a trampoline, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, a plancha, a barbecue, a shower, and a toilet.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, steam room, terrace, and swimming pool are not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated swimming pool from early May to late October. L'Etape du Moulin est un gite mitoyen situé sur notre propriété. Idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple, il bénéficie d'une entrée privative, d'une place de parking et d'un confort douillet que vous soyez de passage ou sur un séjour de plusieurs jours. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse éventuellement à partager avec l'autre gîte et accéder au jardin bucolique et à l'étang privé pour une petite ballade en barque, une sieste au bord de l'eau.

This cottage is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet at the gates of the Landes in the Gascogne area bordering the Gers. We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.
