House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Everything has been thought out for a pleasant stay to discover Brioude (Basilica; Lace House; Deanery and its exhibitions; Watercolor Biennale...) and its region (Lavaudieu; Blesle; Lavoute-Chilhac; La Chaise Dieu; Auzon; Chavaniac-Lafayette...). A few meters from the basilica, it is close to all shops, restaurants, pharmacies, free parking.
