It is attached to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and direct access to the garden. Ideal for lovers of hiking, nature outings or old stones. Small stone house, independent, located in the heart of the village of Pomarède. Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.

You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
