This cottage has a special, intimate atmosphere. In our case wonderfully cozy during a rainy evening. Nice extras like a fresh baguette on the table and coffee and tea are really nice. The TV has Canal+. Akim has done a nice renovation, nice cozy bedroom and bathroom with 2 sinks upstairs. We have loved our short stay.

Very nice house, located in a quiet and relaxing place. We enjoyed the space, the tranquility of the place and the general comfort of the house. Everything was as advertised, and we had a great stay. Note, however: the entrance gate was out of service during our visit, it was not possible to park inside the property. We were able to adapt by parking outside, even if the narrow road made parking a little tricky. However, this did not prevent the smooth running of our stay. I recommend this house for its setting and comfort.

Frédérique knows how to put you at ease, our children have even adopted the house 😂😂 and wish to return so maybe see you soon. A great stay at Julie and Jérémy's! They were very attentive, quick and accommodating. Check-in and check-out very easy and pleasant and the apartment was really great! Very clean and really super well equipped, you really feel at home! The calm of the surroundings is really very appreciable Whether it's the hosts or the house, I can only recommend it, especially for this price! We arrived at the destination a little late but we were able to benefit from a code to open a key box. I contacted Gregory to warn him of our arrival and we exchanged a few messages. Our host offered to give us information about the surrounding activities. Our accommodation was exactly what we expected. A quiet, clean and well arranged place.

We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place
