Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

You can also drive to Toulouse in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes to Nailloux to enjoy the brand village or its lake with Aquaparc. The city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Narbonne beach is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

The apartment consists of a bedroom area with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), TV, air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided. Pizzeria and restaurant in the village. Close to the Canal du Midi.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.

Air-conditioned veranda, 300 m2 private garden and large common area with hen house, forge workshop. Located 25 minutes from Toulouse and 2 km from the Canal du Midi. Quick access by highway to the mountains or the sea, Villenouvelle train station is a 5-min walk.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This house boat is rented as a river gite; it will not be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi by staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are nearby. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
