A few kilometers from the sea, Montpellier, and Nîmes, come and discover this lovely 45 m² air-conditioned two-room apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is attached to our house with an independent entrance, covered terrace and outdoor parking. A dining area is set up for alfresco dining with a relaxation area. The apartment is non-smoking. You are close to local attractions and can enjoy all the amenities to discover the beauty of our region. The A9 highway is only 7 minutes away.

You will be ideally situated to visit Nîmes, Montpellier, and the Pont du Gard, while the Mediterranean Sea is just a 20-minute drive away.

You will be staying in a 50 m² independent house in our garden by the garrigue. Entrance/large bedroom/bay window/wardrobe/shelves/shower area/separate toilet/kitchen, dining area, living room with bay window/terrace and small garden. Large 160/200 bed for 2 people with new high quality bed frame/cotton bed linen + towels + new dish and hand towels. Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Welcome to Aubais in the Gard. Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

Bathroom with toilet and shower. Mezzanine with double bed. Free loan of baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, stroller, bathtub) Terrace for outdoor dining. Parking is available in front of the house.
