Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Villette, Paris

We stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it! Everything was thoughtfully prepared – from the cozy bed to the pleasant scent in the room. Clean, stylish, and made with care. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. Steven (the owner ) was very attentive, always available but never intrusive. He kindly let us check in early and didn’t rush us out at checkout. The location is super convenient, with everything you need nearby. It truly felt like home – just without the chores :) Thank you for the warm welcome, we’ll definitely be back!

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

Overall, a good place to stay in Paris. Not a very touristy area but about a 6-7 minute walk to 2 different metro lines which was very convenient. Late one night, one of the metro lines was shut down bc of some problem or another so it was nice to have an alternate line to get home. We were there for two weeks so it was great to have the extra space, washing machine, and a kitchen as opposed to a hotel room. There were many restaurants and grocery stores close by. The area was busy but felt safe. Be aware that the apartment is up 3 flights of curved wooden stairs with no elevator. It was a bit tricky with our luggage especially when leaving as we went back with many souvenirs! We would stay here again.

Maureen's apartment is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. The small balcony is enchanting and special. We were personally greeted by our hosts upon arrival and were very pleased about it. Thank you very much for letting us stay in this wonderful place and explore Paris without any problems!

Paul is an excellent host. He provided restaurant and grocery store recommendations that were very helpful. Icons on the washing machine were not clear--Paul clarified what the icons mean. The bed was very comfortable. His TV and surround sound system were fantastic!

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. he is also very well positioned in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to answer questions.

Emmanuel is super communicative and accommodating. His place is cute and right next to the Simplon subway station. The nearby neighborhood Monmartre is superb. Thank you Emmanuel!

Lovely house and very friendly host always helping and welcoming us open heartedly will definitely be my go to house when I’m next in Paris.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. My family and I loved this trip to Paris!I look forward to coming to Paris again.

I spent a few pleasant days in Yanis' flat. I'm very sorry that I accidentally damaged his personal belongings, which has always made me feel uneasy. I know that this is not something that can be measured by money. I hope to have the opportunity to return to Paris and live in this apartment again.

Excellent space! I went with my parents and we stayed 3 nights, the apartment is very cozy, comfortable and well distributed. Liên welcomed us very kindly and happily, explained everything about your apartment and gave us recommendations for visiting Paris. He always responded super fast to any questions. We would definitely come back 🙌🏻

Clean and pleasant studio to live in. I found it a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. Well located for walking distance to the train station, small shops, shopping center, lake, hospital, and the unmissable Sarcelles market! I really appreciated the fan in this hot weather. Incredible location and extremely responsive and helpful host. I left some artwork behind and Emma not only checked the Airbnb for it, but offered to find a replacement for me when it wasn’t there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Paris in the future!

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

The accomodation is very beautiful. Isobel is a person with a great taste! also the location is perfect for chilling. As mentioned the rooms are generally without the doors but closed with curtains and well modernized. would visit here again
