Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Nous sommes venus à Lyon pour connaitre notre petit fils qui à 2 mois. Nous avons trouvé un petit logement, pas trop loin à pied, de l'appartement de nos enfants. Le logement, petit, mais suffisant pour dormir et pouvoir prendre notre petit déjeuner. Logement très propre et très bien insonorisé, car en ce moment des travaux à proximité. Transport en commun à proximité. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un petit séjour.

Patricia’s apartment was stunning,clean and comfortable. Full of her art, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt right at home and settled in for our long stay. Very conveniently located close to all transport, surrounded by excellent bakeries/patisseries, local street markets and a ten minute walk to the famous Les Halles. Lots of traditional restaurants within easy reach. Though situated on a main street the apartment was quiet, the beds very comfortable. Patricia very generously provided breakfast and treats. Lyon is a great city full of art, history and excellent food as well as wonderful green spaces such as the Tete D’Or park, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed at. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Bonjour! We love-Loved the appartment of Valéry. It was practically and beautifully designed, squeeky clean, had a lovely terrace (including bird signings) and felt fresh, cool and dark (when needed). We also fell in love with the area of Croix Rousse and would definitely like to extend our stay some time in the future. (The vegan tour over there is also a huge recommendation!) If/when we come back we would definitely like to stay at Valéry's again. We only had a hiccup entering the building. We simply did not read the entire guide too well and found it quite hard to get past the fence and front doors and find the buzzer. Gladly some neighbors were eager to help us out. Valérie communicates pro actively, friendly and makes sure to inform and help you as much as she can. Def would recommend during your stay in Lyon!

Super appartement, proche de tout et grâce aux transports lyon centre comme le vieux lyon est à portée de bras. Rémy est très réactif, sympathique et très compréhensif sur les horaires d’arrivée ou de départ ! Je recommande et je reviendrai à l’avenir !

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Un énorme merci pour ce très beau séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Nous avons loué ce logement dans le cadre d’une formation avec 8 participants. Prix incomparable par rapport aux hôtel et le rapport qualité / prix et les prestations offertes sont bien supérieures. La salle de formation dans le logement a été ce qui nous a fait choisir ce lieu, c’était parfait. Chacun avait sa chambre individuelle et pouvait se retirer pour travailler au calme pendant que les autres profitaient de l’arrière cour. Logement très bien équipé en sanitaires (5 pour tout le logement et il y en a à tous les étages), salles de bain dans toutes les chambres, 2 frigo et 2 machines à café. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds mais on a pu passer de très bons moments tous ensemble au lieu d’être chacun seul dans nos chambres d’hôtel. Notre hôte (que nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer) a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et est très serviable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et son hôte.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Delphine a été d’un très bon support. Répondais rapidement et suggérais de bon restaurant. L’appartement bien que petit est idéal pour 2 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là. Logé dans un édifice historique, la restriction de ne pas avoir de climatiseur est le seul inconvénient lors de canicule. Tout est à proximité de marche. Un gros avantage est la station de métro « Hôtel de Ville » à moins d’une minute de marche. Un appartement stratégiquement bien situé pour les visiteurs. Merci à Delphine, nous y renviendrons.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Logement impeccable. Bien situé, facile d'accès en transport et a pieds. Place sur le parking privé difficile mais il y en a toujours une dans les rues autours. Hôte vraiment très réactive, elle s'adapte au mieux pour vous assurer un bon séjour. Mentions spéciales pour les indications vraiment bien faites. Petit bémol pour le paiement de l'électricité à part mais c'est signalé dans l'annonce donc au goût de chacun. Encore merci pour ce superbe séjour chez vous. Je recommande.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dominique. Dominique est accueillante et attentionnée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, lumineux, calme, vraiment très agréable. Nous n'avons eu de plus aucune difficulté pour nous garer. A recommander absolument
