House of 110 m², and its land of 2800 m², located in a small hamlet in the quiet Burgundy countryside. 1h30 from Paris, close to the centers of interest of the Puisaye that I could advise you. In the right season, you can enjoy the grounds equipped with a petanque court, barbecue and 4x7 m indoor pool, from May to September.

You will be close to the region's main sites, the medieval site of Guédelon Castle, Saint Fargeau and its show, Lake Bourdon, Boutissaint Park, Saint Sauveur and its Colette Museum, Château de Ratilly, Toucy Market...

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

Romantic holiday cottage in a fruit garden

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
