This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

This unique place is composed of the cottage, a 17th century mill (in operation) and our residential house. The complex is surrounded by 4 hectares of meadows, forest and animals (ducks, ponies, chickens...).
