Everything is very good with the accommodation, it is a bit difficult to get to, but it is worth it , it has a beautiful view and very quiet, excellent for disconnecting from the city, just a small detail that breakfast was designed for 2 people and there were 4 of us. In any case, it is a place I hope to return, Claudia is an excellent host, very kind and polite.

Beautiful remote place! Hard to get to without your own car but we managed. My bed was clean, sheets were crispy and smelling good. It was especially nice after a day at the beach to get into the bed. Beautiful complex: pool, hot tubs. Delicious breakfast included!

A very well organized and beautiful room. Quick response and easy access. We were able to park just outside the inn without a problem. It is very close to the elevator that leads to the Cerro Alegre and also close to the plan. The only problem was with the WiFi since it connected but did not give internet. Everything else is fine.

Very friendly and attentive hosts. The complex, beautifully situated on a hillside above the sea, is an oasis of peace and relaxation. However, a 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended for the access road, which is partly adventurous.

The spectacular view, a very quiet and very beautiful place, we had a wonderful time, we will definitely return to this beautiful place. Thank you very much!!!

Ricardo and the other people in the accommodation are very friendly, patient and with excellent service, being able to arrive early or leave luggage is always a plus for travelers. The house is beautiful, very classic porteña, and the environment is unbeatable for my taste

Excellent stay, I would definitely come back again. <3 Everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom always had toilet paper and towels. The kitchen had everything you need. The common spaces are spacious, with books to read and it has a beautiful terrace that at night you can see the whole hill lit up. Nearby there are many mini-markets and greengrocers as well as bars that are open at night. Transportation is affordable and you can get around all of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. The best thing was the good vibes of the people at the hostel and their welcome, in addition to the kitten that accompanied us throughout our stay. Best regards, and see you next summer <3

Beautiful place. The castle is built by the same architect as the Sebastiana, so you'll feel like you're in a period piece. Good host service. Excellent view from our room and beautiful gardens.

Resort with excellent reception, has parking, nice view and everything very clean and tidy.

All the girls are very nice, the breakfast is very delicious and hearty... what can I say about the view of room 4 with a sunset that you fall in love with.

I LOVED our stay here, WOW this place has everything you could want and more. Super friendly staff, Camilla was amazing and helpful and professional. This was an amazing relaxing getaway that is a must do in Concon, please book at least 3 days because you will need 3 days to enjoy all the things the property has to offer.

Augusta is small apart hotel, just a few rooms. Tastefully designed, elegantly balancing the old and the new, nostalgia and modernity. It was our 2nd time staying there and hope to keep coming back.

Excellent service. We arrived at 2:30 pm and were able to check in anyway, even though it says it's at 3:00 pm. The room is very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is varied and rich. The attention from all the impeccable employees and I appreciate that they were flexible with the time of use of the terrace, since although it says that it is until 11:00 pm we were able to access later and enjoy the air and night view.

Two things to consider : the parking is very small for a large car (it is glued to a wall and the car next to it is big) and the second is that the mobile network signal is pretty bad the coverage, and the depto. It does not have wifi. The rest is excellent, good location and very friendly treatment from the host.
