Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

Lovely apartment! Clean and really nicely decorated with attention to detail. Great light and windows with views of the ocean and hills. Easy access to a couple of really nice restaurants.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

Beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and tidy.

As many have said, the pics don’t do it justice. The lovely garden area is perfect for a little decompression after immersing yourself in a very stimulating city and the hosts (human and cat) are very welcoming. I did not use the kitchen to cook a full meal but it has most or all of what you’d need and was ideal for making coffee and snacks to enjoy on the terrace. Great view!

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but for us this was not a problem. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristic areas. We had a great time!!

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and the sea. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he treated us excellently and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful, we went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we hope to return soon😊. Marina is an excellent host, very friendly and always responded quickly and attentive, we did the favor of entering the apartment earlier. The apartment It has an excellent location, there is no need to take the car out for anything, clean, tidy, with table and chairs to eat, a beautiful balcony that overlooks the sea. Excellent stay we will certainly come back!

The apartment is amazing! It has a spectacular terrace overlooking all the lights of the port, Viña del Mar y Concon. Making a roast with that background landscape is a fantastic experience! The apartment is fully equipped for a couple or a small family to comfortably stay for a weekend or a full week. It has excellent internet, TV and streaming services. Beds are very comfortable, and with two bathrooms and showers, they can all be at ease without inconvenience. It has everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and more. It is located within walking distance of the Restaurants of Cerro Alegre and offers concierge service. In addition, the condominium has a pool and security. We recommend this apartment without any hesitation.
