This is a centrally located studio on the first floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The listing is strategically located. It is in the urban center of Vinaroz, inside the pedestrian area. Very quiet at night. More than 150 years old, it has been lovingly renovated. They say it's very cheerful and original. A lot of peace and tranquility is breathed. It also has a nice terrace to enjoy romantic nights. Central market 2 minutes away and walking to get to the beach is 4 m. It has stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues.

First Line de Mar apartment, renovated in June 2018. Great for families or large groups. Its location, above the Yacht Club, and its height, makes it have the best views of any Vinaroz apartment. It consists of 3 double rooms and the possibility to use the sofa bed. It has the needs to spend a few days on the getaway or an incredible vacation needs. Close to the beach and 10 minutes from downtown Vinaroz.
