We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

we had a pleasant stay, everything was perfect... the accommodation is in a very quiet neighborhood, my girlfriend and I liked it. Discretion of the hosts, but also very responsive to questions. I would come back because it's very close to Gare de Lyon and with the metro it's great. I highly recommend it...👌✌️✌️

One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is decorated with great taste, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the crib might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is really a great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base for our next visits to Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

A simply magical weekend! The children were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

This place is just awesome, very well designed got everything you need to make you feel at home. the Host Yohann is very responsiva and proactive. My Husband, my son and I stayed at her apartment and We had a great time and no complaints. I definitely will come back.

Super clean studio and faithful to the photos, perfect for a short stay in Montreuil. Eva is available and very nice, everything went well with check-in and communication. So yes, it is indicated as "quiet", but we must not forget that we are in a residence with a lot of families — so sometimes, we hear the children from above who live their life (and who have energy!). Nothing bad, but it's not absolute silence either. The neighborhood is cool, lively without being noisy, and big bonus: you can park for free just in front between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m., which is very convenient. In short: nice apartment, good welcome, good value for money. I recommend it! Thank you Eva

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Very comfy airbnb. Has everything you need. Only a 15 minute drive from the heart of Paris. Witnessed PSG win their first UCL which was amazing too. Overall very satisfied with the airbnb and the responsive hosts!

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .
