A modern, well-planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south-facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Consistent natural materials in a stripped-down Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Charming boathouse right by the sea

Small newly built lake cottage, about 15 square meters with two beds, electric heating, refrigerator and microwave. Balcony with outdoor kitchen and summer water. Very close to the beach with morning sun. Possibility to add your own boat, as well as to borrow a double kayak. The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (All included in the rent).

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

Stockholm archipelago/sauna/40 min to the city

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

The guest house of 45 km2 on Djurö (Djurhamn) in the Stockholm Archipelago about 4, 5 km from Slussen, Stockholm, bus 434 (about 1 hour drive). The house is about 15 min walk, 1 km from ICA and the 3 beaches which are nearby. Kitchen, water toilet, washing machine, fridge / freezer, TV 52 inch, App TV, Wifi, own patio with parasol, parking by the garage. The sofa is folded down to a 120 cm bed. Extra mass is available for more than 3 people. Have dinner in the greenhouse, an opportunity.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Kick back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away there is a beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen which takes about 50 minutes.
