The accommodation consists of a spacious living area opening onto a terrace with views of the surrounding nature. The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor table, a gas barbecue, and a garden lounge set. The living room includes a smart TV with internet access, allowing you to use your favorite streaming platforms. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms to accommodate you: Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed + a travel cot available free of charge upon request Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed + one bunk bed (90 × 200 cm) Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed + one single bed Living room: one pull-out sofa bed (160 × 200 cm). The property also features a game room with a foosball table and a ping-pong table, as well as a pétanque court.

Come and discover the Ardèche! This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Sleeps 4, located in a pretty village of character 30 min from Vallon Pont d 'Arc. Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking.
