Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is located above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr. /pers.

Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

Nice and modern apartment on the ground floor.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. The apartment has Wi-Fi (not completely stable), TV, dishwasher. (Dry tumble may be used at a fair price). It is possible to borrow a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels etc. are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. There is no cleaning included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. We can do it for a price or you can do it yourself.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

All kitchen facilities are present, so you can make fantastic food for all your guests. Newly furnished with 3 new double beds and 1 new sofa bed. Wood stove for heating, if you want extra coziness, and or supplement with electric panels and heat pump. Functional bathroom with shower. Lovely garden for fun and play

Cozy apartment near the beach

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
