Apartment was clean and the staff in the lobby were very friendly and responsive. The immediate vicinity doesn't have much going on, if you're like me and like to walk around, exploring cafes and restaurants. However, it's a short grab ride away from the major areas. Also, the sheets are not changed during cleaning days.

I had a wonderful stay at Landmark Plus in Vietnam! The host was absolutely amazing—super attentive, incredibly accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The host was friendly. the location was fabulous, easy to walk to places, central, felt safe, view from balcony was amazing, grateful for lots of powerful aircon. The place had cobwebs and was missing any bedding for the sofa which smelt musty BUT, the location was superb, a great price and the host was friendly so would definitely recommend with managed expectations. Thank you for having is, we would stay here again. 😊

This location is soo perfect because it’s near everything from restaurants, bars, markets and transport. The room itself was super spacious and really comfortable. Would recommend if you want to feel at home away from home :))

Great just. Great place to stay. Clear instructions and easy to find

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a central location. There are great cafes in the building, and communication was always fast and friendly. Small notes: Two of the four lamps unfortunately did not work, and the sofa could use a cleaning. Also a pity: Although help with carrying suitcases was promised (the building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor) and I had coordinated my arrival, but ultimately no one was there.

Apartment is cute and all I needed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Evie was very helpful during my stay and had fast response.

The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.
