Vacation home Witharen

Hello, we are Ronnie and Fransiska, and together with 4 children, 4 dogs and even more animals, we live in the countryside in Witharen. The house is on our property but separated, and you have a clear view of the countryside. It is centrally located between the Reestdal and the Vechtdal, nearby you have plenty to do and you can enjoy cycling quietly. If you have any questions during your stay, you can always come to us. In consultation, there is a lot of possibility about the stay, so feel free to send a message.

(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Kom helemaal tot rust op ‘t platteland. Geniet van de stilte, de zuivere lucht, het mooie uitzicht en de prachtige flora en fauna. Vergeet voor even al je zorgen. In tegenstelling tot in de beschrijving genoemd, delen we geen ruimtes. Kamer, badkamer en toilet zijn uitsluitend voor u bestemd. Om de dag goed te beginnen is het ook mogelijk om een lekker ontbijtje te boeken voor € 12,- per persoon. Optioneel verzorgen wij een heerlijk diner. Dit is altijd in overleg. Informeer gerust.

Luxury wellness on the edge of the forest on the Veluwe. Unique guesthouse for two people with exclusive private use of the indoor pool, showers, private bathroom and (Finnish) sauna. Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

The cottage is equipped with every comfort, and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Nearby there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car. The cottage sleeps 4.

Staying at the farm, who wouldn't want that? Discover the countryside. Enjoy the space and tranquility. Nice wooden little basic house, under the oak trees, with a cozy interior. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.
