We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Lovely vacation home with private garden of 1200 m2 located on a beautiful island on the Vinkeveense lakes. The island can be reached on foot. And there is plenty to do! The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower.
