Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. We are devoted to our tiny house on the Vinkeveense Plassen. We love to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Where happiness lies." We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find living in a small space with lots of outdoor space gives a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen for us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the host about this.
