The home has three bedrooms, a loft and a small living room. The heating consists of a heat pump in the living room and underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it must be taken into account that someone will have to sleep in the loft. On the first floor there is a hallway, a toilet and a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. On the second floor of the garage, you will find a large bed (bedding is included), a sofa, and a TV. Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Beautiful view of the fjord and a short distance to take a swim. Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

This apartment is spacious, modern, warm and cozy. Beautiful views of the sea and Trondheimsfjorden. The apartment is located in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Small, newly renovated apartment with a fantastic view

Lovely views of Verdal and Trondheimsfjorden. Perfect for two, but there is room for four (double bed and sofa bed). There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Peaceful location, no traffic past the house. If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent an apartment in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for a horse if needed. Proximity to E6 (3.6km), center Verdalsøra (3.9km) and Stiklestad.
