Our property is located beneath a mountain in a small, traditional village, just 3 km from the sea. You can enjoy complete privacy on our spacious terrace, which features a barbecue and area for lounging, relaxing, yoga, or simply enjoying a drink. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Additionally, the house comes with a covered garage.

On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

It is easy to find due to its proximity to the Adriatic Highway and is an excellent starting point for other destinations. It has covered parking if needed and a garage. Unfortunately, due to its proximity to the highway, vehicles can be heard, and we have no control over that.
