Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. Modern and beautiful apartment cca 80 m² situated on the second floor of the Villa Bodulka with a large terrace and sea view in a nice and peaceful part of Crikvenica (4 star classification), 600 m away from the beach and the city center you will need only approx. 10 min. walk to get there, but enought away from the city noise you will get comfort, nice and airy accommodation with beutiful view, parking place and swimming pool 28 m² with sun loungers and BBQ area aviable for our guests.

The accommodation is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Mediterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. App and room are on the 1 st floor of our house and has its own separate entrance. Aside from a 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house.

Apartment is brand new and it's located 50 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen + living room and terrace with sea view. It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).
