This is our 1921 cottage with old Florida charm -GREAT LOCATION! A block from the Bay Beach, parks, and four blocks from downtown St. Petersburg & the Vinoy. A short walk to great restaurants, cafés, bars, galleries, & museums. This clean, charming cottage includes a large enclosed porch with large wicker chairs to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Ceiling fans, full kitchen, many windows for light & charm. We think you will love it!

The Lassing House

A very beachy, cozy and charming detached house with private access and parking. It is fully furnished with a fold out couch memory foam mattress and open bedroom with queen bed. One block from beautiful Lassing Park on Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, amazing museums, restaurants, concerts, breweries and beaches are just minutes away! Equipped with a mini split AC, the apartment stays cool and quiet. Note that the cottage is equipped with a stove but no oven.

This comfortable, private apartment is located above the detached garage of a restored 1930 house situated on a triple lot in one of the best neighborhoods in town. It's very close to lively downtown St. Pete, yet very quiet and private. The koi pond with cascading waterfalls is one feature of the lush jungly yard with pool and hot tub. Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.

Walk to Downtown St Pete and Bay

Efficiency offers one queen bed, pull out sofa. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. If we're home and available, we are happy to shuttle you on our golf cart. Hope to see you soon!
