House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

This former 18th century sheepfold will seduce you with its atypical and bright layout. From the terrace you will have access to your private (unheated) swimming pool, its beach and its arbor. The house overlooks the large courtyard planted with century-old plane trees, the vineyards, the large garden, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. A haven of peace, with an elegant, authentic and uncluttered rural atmosphere. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 people, in early or late season, to discover the Haut-Vaucluse.

La Perle du Gré in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan (26)

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
