Appartement complet situé au rez de chaussé, dans une petite résidence paisible. Wifi fibre, TV avec accès Netflix. Stationnement pratique au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier très calme. Dans Murat même, une jolie petite cité de caractère (2mn à pied) Gare à proximité. Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à 10 mn en voiture de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Ski,vélo,randonnées au rendez vous.
