We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. We had a great stay in this very well located rental, close to the sea. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The big plus: the jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk. Another very appreciable point: a good restaurant just opposite. Hosts are welcoming, responsive and concerned about the well-being of their guests. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises! Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

Staying at Francois’ cottage was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos— it’s spacious, clean and functional and serene. The property is beautiful. Although you have another cottage set on the other side, it doesn’t detract from your sense of privacy. It feels like you’re a thousand miles apart. I wouldn’t advise this cottage, however, for anyone who is handicapped, very elderly, or who has toddlers because of the stairs. Other than that, you will be very pleased with your time there.

The accommodation was great for exploring the area (by car!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac and many dreamy little towns are waiting to be discovered. The accommodation was very quiet and, thanks to the garden with play equipment, goats and chickens, great for us as a family.

Excellent stay at Gilles's, spacious, well-equipped place, close to the beach and the GR, quiet... independent accommodation, welcoming Gilles, ease of communication ... a real good time in a beautiful environment!

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time with the family! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodation which offers all the comforts and space!! Major, the private heated pool which in bad weather and particularly pleasant! A special mention for our hosts who were welcoming, kind and caring, making every effort to make the stay a success. And finally, don't miss the artisanal ice cream produced on site by Anne Marie and Damien which are excellent! Thanks again!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Charlotte and Christophe are truly wonderful hosts — warm, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their home is a hidden paradise nestled in the hills of Picauville: peaceful, serene, with breathtaking views and a beautifully maintained property. Lovely few days in Normandy.. we used Marc’s place as a hub for exploring Omaha beach & Caen over D-day weekend which was about 40mins-1h from Epaney. House was everything we needed, clean, lovely grounds. Shame we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather but pool area looked lovely. Thanks Marc. 👍🏽
