We loved staying at Jon’s place. Very convenient walk to the beach and having access to a buggy made the walk super easy with kids. It’s a beautiful place and was very clean.,

Highly recommend Lugina as a Powhatan host. Her listing was as described (and she asked them to assign a top floor unit for us at my request, meaning the twin beds were a queen instead, so 3 beds instead of 4 but that was fine for us) and she was always responsive. These units are consistently clean and fairly quiet - this one backed to a pond which was nice, and it was an end unit. We had noisy neighbors across the street but that is just the roll of the dice, and we weren't there very much anyway. We used the pools and hot tub and they were great. No complaints!

Jon's apartment was fantastic! The place we were supposed to stay at cancelled the day of and Jon was very responsive and helpful with our last-minute booking. We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon and the apartment was very close to all the events. Will stay here again next time we're in Virginia Beach!

First time visiting Williamsburg and this was the ideal location to stay at. Very private with enough space to hang out with everyone you taveled with or just hang out on your own. Very clean and well furnished. We lacked nothing on this trip and we will definitely be staying here again!

The kitchen had everything you would want. My grandkids loved the video games. The closets were so large my grandkids called one of them their secret fort. We all had a wonderful time! This was our first Airbnb experience. We will definitely try again.

Karen's place was AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice.If you're looking, look no more. This home by far is the best Airbnb we have stayed at! Very clean, absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable beds.We left our laptop, Karen and her husband were nice enough to send it to us hassle free! She also left us helpful notes abt the ferry , parking and information abt the festival. Thank you Karen for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home . We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delighted with my stay at this beautiful home! The spacious, nicely appointed house was spotless and had a private pool—such a treat. Its location was truly perfect: just a short 10-minute walk to the ocean, so access was easy, but far enough away from the oceanfront bustle to ensure peace and quiet. As a Virginia Beach native (now in the DC area) who literally grew up at the oceanfront, I never imagined needing to book a place to vacation in my hometown. But since our family no longer owns a home here, this property was exactly what we needed. I look forward to returning on my next visit—highly recommended!

An absolute dream! The Bee House was appointed ever so thoughtfully with guests in mind, from the great beds and linens, to the perfectly stocked kitchen and locally sourced gift basket, our family found everything we could ever need as arms length. The location as perfect, just steps from the park and a 5 minute walk to down town. Our stay was effortless. We all kept saying how lucky we felt to be staying here. We will all be dreaming of the relaxing front pouch until next time.

My husband and I came to Brigette’s place to spend time with both sets of our aging parents and our toddler. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a crib, tiny table, and toys so that even my two-year old felt right at home. The walk to the beach was a small distance but was well-worth having a nearly private beach. I couldn’t imagine such a gorgeous location being as empty as the photos showed, but it’s accurate! Very happy - would definitely recommend :)

Beautiful place to stay! Exceptionally clean! The amenities were perfect! And, the host was wonderful!

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

Anthony was a great host. Very communicative and answered any questions, I had. The home is as described. A nice little hidden gem, right off the beach front. 10/10. Will definitely return.

The condo we stayed at was in one word spacious. Bedrooms were large and beds were big. Bathrooms were updated as was kitchen. We did not get to use any of the amenities due to time of year and tight nature of stay. Worth the money to stay here.

We’d totally stay here again! Spacious, clean, nice location. It’s a 3 level condo with the entrance, kitchen, and master bedroom being on the ground floor - which made bringing everything in very easy. We found it to be relatively baby proof. We had our toddler with us so we brought a baby gate to block off the stairs, and from there the whole first level was perfect for him to roam around. The back patio is fenced in, which was great for us too. The pool is awesome. There’s an 18+ side and a family friend side. The little poolside restaurant was closed while we were there, but you’re allow to bring your own snacks and alcohol (as long as there was no glass.) The front desk staff was super helpful and easy to work with. And we found lots of great restaurants within a 15 min drive.
